- Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions and the return address.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to request a return

- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- After the item is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved.
Processing time
Returns are processed within 10–14 days after the returned items are received.
