How long does UK delivery take?
Standard delivery normally takes 3–5 working days. Some DMC products and cross-stitch kits require additional preparation time.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £30.
Can I order an out-of-stock kit?
Many kits can be pre-ordered. Where this is possible, delivery may take 14–25 working days. Contact us for a more precise estimate.
Can I collect my order in Kingston?
Yes. Click & collect will be available from the Kingston shop. The address, collection instructions and available times will be added before launch.
What if I need help choosing materials?
Email us or visit the Kingston shop. We can help you compare materials and identify suitable supplies for your project.
What if I cannot find a particular design?
Contact us at info@thecraftatelier.co.uk. We may be able to help source it or advise on alternatives.
How do I request a return?
Contact us before sending the item back. Eligible unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
