We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Standard UK delivery

Delivery time: 3–5 working days within the UK.
Free standard UK delivery is available on orders of £40 or more.

Processing times before dispatch

Some products need extra preparation time:

DMC floss in the same colour: allow 2 additional working days.
Cross stitch kits with DMC floss: allow 3 additional working days.

Out-of-stock products and pre-orders

Some kits may be available to order even when they are not currently in stock. Where stated on the product page, please allow 14–25 working days for delivery.

Collection from our Kingston shop will be shown as an option at checkout when available. Please wait for the ready-for-collection email before travelling to the shop.
