• Delivery Time: 3–5 working days within the UK

• Free Delivery: Available on all orders over £30

⏳ Processing Times (Before Dispatch)

Some items require extra time to prepare:

• DMC Floss (Same Colour): Please allow 2 additional working days

• Cross Stitch Kits with DMC Floss: Please allow 3 additional working days

📦 Out of Stock & Pre-Orders

Many of our kits are available to order even when out of stock.
In such cases, please allow 14–25 working days for delivery.
