You may return goods within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Make sure you contact us before sending your order back. This allows us to process your request efficiently and ensure your satisfaction with your embroidery journey. Return takes 10-14 days to process after items are received back.
